Our digital tailor delivers results as accurate as an in-store fitting. This advanced technology ensures precise measurements every time, offering a complete made-to-measure experience from the comfort of your home in just a few minutes. With body measurements predicted within a 97% accuracy margin, you can be confident that your custom-made garment will be tailored perfectly to you.
Achieving the perfect fit begins with accurate measurements. It's essential to avoid guessing, as inaccurate data can affect the fit. Over 85% of all first-time orders fit perfectly from the start, with less than 1% of orders requiring a remake, typically due to incorrect inputs. So please double-check any inputs you may be unsure of by using a tape measure.

FIRST ORDER GUARANTEE
If your first item from each garment type doesn't fit perfectly, we will cover the costs of your alterations. If the correction is unable to be achieved by alternations, we will work with you to adjust your measurements and remake the item free of charge.
SUBSEQUENT ORDERS
After we perfect your initial order, subsequent orders typically require no alterations. However, if adjustments are needed, we will reimburse you accordingly. The reimbursement value for alterations is dependent on the garment type; refer to the table below for details.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GARMENTS
Despite our team's best efforts to ensure you receive the correct item free of any defects, human errors can occur. If your garment is faulty or not customised according to the specifications you selected at the time of purchase, it is eligible for a remake.
To initiate a remake, alterations reimbursement or claim on a faulty item, refer to our ALTERATION & REMAKES page or contact our customer support team through the CONTACT US portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
