SHIPPING & DELIVERY
To track your order, sign into your account and go to 'ORDERS'. If your order has been dispatched, you will find a link to the tracking information in the order details.
You will also receive a shipping notification via email once dispatched.
Please ensure you provide a residential or business address at checkout. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a courier card will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel.
You can update your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team via the CONTACT US portal to update your delivery details. To avoid any delays, please double check the shipping address on your order prior to checkout.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, quality craftsmanship takes time, and we ensure your custom-made garments are crafted with the utmost precision and care.
Your order will typically be shipped within 2 weeks from your order date. We will keep you informed of your order’s progress with regular email updates.
Standard domestic shipping fees: $12.50
International shipping fees are determined by the weight of your order.
Standard International shipping fees: $25.00-$80.00
All orders placed with Maison Cloth are subject to security check.
During sale events and holiday periods, potential delays and extended processing times may occur due to increased order volumes.
If your order contains multiple items, your items may be dispatched from different locations or in multiple parcels. This may result in receiving items at different times. You will receive a different tracking number for each shipment. Please note, there are no additional shipping costs for split orders.
For customers outside of Australia, please be aware that your order may incur international duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
