Simply answer a few questions, and our algorithm will create a custom pattern for you, allowing us to craft one-of-a-kind items just for you.
Our DIGITAL TAILOR provides results as accurate as an in-store fitting. Body measurements are predicted within a 97% accuracy margin, ensuring you receive the perfect fit.
Although each item is pre-styled with our standardised selection, you can personalise every element using our customisation configurator. From buttons and collars to cuffs and monograms, you have complete control over every detail.
You can modify or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, our team will have begun constructing your garments, and changes may not be possible. Yes. You can update your measurements prior to placing your order. To update your measurements, either go through the DIGITAL TAILOR again, or contact our customer support team through the CONTACT US portal.
If you have already placed your order, we can update your measurements within 48 hours. After this period, changes may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
If you wish to re-order and feel your measurements have changed, you can go through the DIGITAL TAILOR again to create a new measurement profile.
Good things take time! Your custom-made garments will typically be shipped within 2 weeks from your order date.
We offer a FIT GUARANTEE. Although most of our customers achieve their preferred fit on the first try, sometimes measurements may need adjustments. If your first shirt doesn't fit perfectly, we will cover the cost of your alterations or remake it— free of charge. For subsequent orders, we will cover the cost of alterations to ensure it meets your expectations.

Since each item is made specifically to your measurements, we do not accept returns on custom-made garments. However, we will address any fit or quality issues to ensure your satisfaction.
